Upon pick up I noticed the hood needed to be adjusted as well as my passenger door that popped when I opened it. The door was adjusted that day, and I brought the car back to adjust the alignment of the hood. The door also needed to be adjusted again . The hood and door were adjusted but as I left the lot I still noticed that the hood was not not aligned. The space on the right side was big enough to fit my little finger; I could not fit my finger in the left side. I brought it back and it was adjusted, and measured, and looks great. Why not do that the first time? Also I noticed that the fender near the driver side mirror was raised. I was told "it's supposed to be a little higher". When I compared it to the other side (which was even) I was asked if I wanted the raise one to be adjusted and I said absolutely. That was done and both sides then were even and neither of them were a little higher.. I started to feel that I was just being told things to pacify me, or I got the impression that not enough time was taken to do the job right the first time. Finally I noticed that there was significant residual spray from the paint on my windshield and my sunroof. When I pointed that out, I was told that if I can't get it off then I could bring it back and they would be happy to take it off. Why am I having to come back several times to get the job done right? The inside of my car was also extremely dirty Dusty and horrible. My car was in the shop for almost 6 weeks and I was a little disappointed that I still had to come back several times and push for excellence. This is the second time I've used Miller autos for repair. The first time my car porch collapsed on my car. When I went to the dealership this year to get out of the lease, they also noticed that from that repair the hood was not aligned and asked me who did the work. I told them it was Miller auto and they said well, they did not align the hood well and it made it difficult for me to get out of the lease. So I ended up buying the car. One month later I hit the deer. Brought it again to Miller Auto and expressed I'd like it to be as if it was new upon return. I need to go back again now because I cannot get the paint off of my windshield and my door again is popping.

The repair shop personnel are very courteous and friendly. I do have my doubts about the quality of work since I had to come back and will continue to come back until things are done right.

Paint job and body work were excellent! The only complaint I had is that the inside of the back seat was all full of some kind of dust. Other than that, I was very happy with the work!
