mills collision center is one of the best car body and paint shop. they were the most friendly and respectful people. they repaired the damaged area to my 2018 chevy Malibu rear end . by the time they were done. it looked like it came out of a car lot showroom . Awesome service from Mills Collision Center. Extremely professional workers who care about getting you back on the road. My car is in better shape then when I brought it to the shop. This is the 2nd time I have had to take my car to either have the front and back fixed from accidents. The staff is very helpful and keeps you up to date on everything. The work done on my car has been completely incredible. They truly know their work and all original parts.

The Company offered to stay after hours for me to drop off and pick up my car. They communicated constantly on the progress of repair to my car. The overall repair work to the car exceeded my expectations.

I would recommend it but would be more likely to recommend it when they get better outside sources to get things right the first time. as for Mills staff I really appreciate them and their great customer service.

As far as cutomer service I give them a 9 due to Billy trying his best to get my car taken care of but the outside vendors did not help with their lack of response.

My experience was amazing. I was not only kept updated through the process by my insurance company, but by Mills Collision also. They answered any questions I had and made me feel like my vehicle getting fixed was important. I will be bringing my car back for service in the future if needed.

When I took my car in, it was a mess, after a frontal crash, I was heartbroken since I have driven it for 170k miles, Jimmi was on top of his game, he promised my car to be done by a certain date and before that date I received the call that the car was done, when I showed up, I was in awe, literally it looked brand new, you couldn't even tell that it has been in an accident. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Jimmi and the Mills Collision Center. Keep up the good work!!!

Excellent customer service. Jimmie was extremely helpful right off the bat, even being able to get me a genuine oem front bumper from Honda instead of the recommended aftermarket one my insurance wanted. Took no shortcuts to make sure my car was back to looking brand new! Definitely recommend coming here to anyone Allstate insurance holders or not. Shout out the person/people who worked on my car and appreciate the car wash as well!
