Every repair was done great! Not really anything to point out that was wrong or is sticking out wrong other than the quarter panel just barely sticking out just a tiny bit but everything else is great

Open up my hood, being happy about getting my car back early then schedule said. Found boots missing bracket on the radiator. Got me thinking what other parts are missing bolts

I was very hesitant to write this review, but since I continue being bothered by providing one, here it is. I took my car into Mills Collision due to it being in a car accident. The repair team did an excellent job with repairing the damages. I paid my deductible & was on my way to turn on my car when I noticed that my key switch was broken. I went back into the office to let the estimator know. He then proceeded to walk out with me & shared that he will talk to his team to get this looked at. He came back & he shared that the key switch had broke due to my car being old & brittle. He then mentioned that it was bound to happen & it just so happened to occur at his shop. I left but came back right away as this was something that needed to be fixed by the shop due to it breaking in their shop. I explained to him that although I do agree that my car is older, but it is hard plastic, it needed some force for it to break the way it did. He then shared that he would go ahead and get in contact with my insurance company to let them know. It took a couple of days but I received the call that my car was ready. I went into the shop to pick up my car & the estimator began sharing that the insurance company did not pay for anything but the shop did. Again, I think it is only fair that the shop would be responsible for paying due to them breaking my key switch. Estimator then again, began saying that the key switch breaking was bound to happen to me & that it just so happened to break in his shop. Instead of him just taking responsibility of the situation, he began pinning it back on me & my old car hence, it is a 2007 Dodge Charger not that old. I am so grateful for the repairs that were completed beautifully but I was very upset at the fact that my key switch was broken and responsibility was not taken professionally. If I ever need to get repairs done to my vehicle, I will never consider bringing my vehicle to this shop. I hope that no one has to experience the mess that I had to go through.
