Both the team and Mills Motor team were professional. I chatted with both asking questions of vehicle pick up and would the engine and transmission be assessed. State Farm team stated I could request a diagnostic and if there was problems then State Farm will pay for the fixing. Mills Motors stated they would make sure the vehicle is in good running order. If a problem does occur, they would turn it into the insurance and fix it. I was very reassured with both answers. Mills has always been diligent with my family’s vehicles. Much appreciated concerning the team process.
