I had to call for every update. I was originally told that parts were in and I dropped off my vehicle to get repaired, I was told 3-4 days due to the holiday. 2 weeks went by of me using a family members vehicle because there were no loaners. Still having to call for updates. When a loaner was finally available and I came to pick it up. I had to inquire again on why it’s taking so long. Apparently OEM parts were not what was ordered and of course they didn’t fit. So another 2 weeks went by until it was fixed with OEM parts instead of aftermarket junk.

This is the best dealership experience around. Your service department and body shop do excellent work. The repairs bring the vehicle back to factory quality which is very hard to achieve. If you want a dealership that will stand behind the car they sell you guys are it. My family appreciates you, keep up the good work. I drive an hour, and it’s worth it every time.
