Milstead Collision is a family owned business that's been here for over 40 years, we have our own Automotive and Transmission shop, a fleet of wreckers of all sizes, off road recovery vehicles, Auto glass and mobile fleet service for roadside assistance of large or small trucks. If you drive a vehicle and have any problem with it, we have you covered. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs in a timely fashion. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text or email messaging with vehicle owners.

The company did a quality job with the bumper. However, I was told that it would take 4-5 days to repair so I made an appointment to drop the car off on Monday and the car was suppose to be completed Friday. I did not get an update and when I called, the place was closed Friday afternoon and Saturday. I call on Monday and they said that car was still in process and would be compelted on Wednesdaymore than 4 days from when they said it would take.

The work was done well but they miscommunicated how long it would take. They said 4 days so I made an appointment to drop off the car on Monday and pick up the car on Friday. They did not update me on any delays. I called Friday after at 5 and they said they were closed for the weekweed. I called Monday and they said the car would be completed on Wednesday. I called and expressed my frustration. They had the car ready Tuesday at closing.

Victoria and Joe were very professional and the daily updates were good to receive. The truck was ready when they said it would be. Truck was cleaned and looks great. Thanks for a great job.
