I was not proactively communicated with initially. I e-mailed, followed up w/ phone calls 3 or 4 times, finally becoming upset before I was updated as I should have been all along. I understand about delays & while frustrating, I should've simply been kept advised of status. Never underestimate communication when dealing with a person's primary mode of transportation.
