I lliked the communication throughout the process and the speed of the work. The only feedback is regarding the requirement of paying the deductible in cash instead of having the option to pay with a card. When unfortunate things happen, you're not always prepared to have $1,000 on hand to get your vehicle back. I appreciate the work but unsure if others would be able to support the cash requirement.
