Body shop is very busy . Took a bit to get me in but once they took my truck in, they let me know progress almost daily and was done before it was promised. Very happy repair looks great, only thing I would say is they took door off and inside of truck was dirty where they put stuff on the seats and never cleaned it, but they detailed the out side of car

Overall, it was a pretty seamless experience for me. My rental was there upon car drop off, the shop called me when they said they would, and my car looked great when I picked it up. I would definitely go back to Mirror Image.
