Extremely unsatisfied. I travel for work and I called several times to make sure the set date would be correct so I could plan my drive to pick it up they changed it last minute and said they were looking for a radiator part when my radiator was never effected I drove to Virginia and back with the truck wrecked there was nothing wrong with my radiator. They left the left side under side of my bed unfinished and also took my trailer hitch. Totally unprofessional.

I cannot think of a better place to take my car when it was wrecked. Mitch Smith Chevrolet has always met our needs getting the car fixed was going to a place that I knew I could trust to repair my car. We are more than very satisfied with the work they did on my traverse if we buy another car.
