Mixon was the only choice of repair shops within driving distance through my Statefarm insurance claim after a run in with a deer, but little did I know that Mixon was the BEST choice. Not only did they take care of my vehicle, communicate effectively, but they returned my car to me in much better shape than even before the deer accident. Our initial experience just dropping it off was pleasant! Joshua was very courteous and listened to our concerns without making us feel rushed. They gave us an estimated time the work would be completed and they completed the job as they stated in the timeframe given. Upon picking our vehicle up, we were thoroughly satisfied with the work that was done and the detail that was put into our repair. We had an opportunity to speak with the owner and were very satisfied with his customer service and his personable attitude while tending to us. This is probably one of the best customer service interactions I have had in a very long time!!!

We were very pleased with the quality of the work that was done on our vehicle. They were courteous from the time we dropped the vehicle off and when pt was time to pick up. Joshua was the first point of contact and was very kind and took his time with us while explaining the process. We also had an opportunity to meet Mr. Mixon the owner who also was very kind and pleasant. We would definitely recommend them to others!
