The folks at Sky Collision in Athens were amazing - from the moment I walked in until the day I picked up the car! They called periodically to update us on their progress and they were always available when I had questions. We were a little skeptical after dealing with another Allstate preferred collision center after our daughter’s car was hit by another driver back in the Spring. The car looked amazing when we picked it up! They ought to change the name to “As Good-As-New” Collision because that’s how we feel driving around after our repair experience! Thank you so much!

Google review: Sky Collision has earned my trust, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’ve had to use them twice this year for repairs to my 2015 Toyota Sienna, and both experiences were outstanding. The first time, in February, a suitcase flew into my lane and severely damaged my front bumper. Sky Collision repaired everything flawlessly. The workmanship was excellent, and when I picked up the van, they had gone above and beyond by vacuuming the interior, cleaning it out, and leaving it smelling fresh. That level of customer service was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. Then in July, I had another accident when a pickup truck in front of us ran over a large piece of tire tread, sending it airborne into our front bumper. We then had no choice but to drive over it because there was no safe way to avoid it. Throughout both repairs, Amy at the front desk and Nicole were wonderful to work with. They were diligent about keeping me updated with phone calls throughout the repair process, answered my questions, and made sure I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. That kind of communication makes a stressful situation much easier. This second repair is where Nicole truly impressed me. Allstate initially classified the claim as a collision claim rather than comprehensive. Nicole carefully examined the damage, explained why the evidence showed the tire tread had first struck the front bumper as flying debris, and pointed out that if we had simply driven over it first, there would have been much more damage to the undercarriage. She advocated for us multiple times throughout the claims process. Even the day before I picked up the van, when the adjuster called her again to revisit the claim, she stood by her professional assessment instead of taking the easy route. Thanks to her persistence and integrity, Allstate ultimately agreed to cover the claim under comprehensive, which saved us money and resulted in the claim being handled correctly. The only constructive criticism I have is that Sky Collision passes the credit card processing fee on to customers. It wasn’t enough to take away a star, but it felt a little like nickel-and-diming after an otherwise first-class experience. I think absorbing that cost would further elevate the customer experience and reinforce the outstanding reputation they’ve earned. That small criticism aside, it’s rare to find a business that combines exceptional craftsmanship with outstanding customer service and employees who genuinely care about their customers. Nicole’s advocacy, Amy’s excellent communication, and the quality of the repairs have made me a loyal customer. If you need collision repairs in the Athens area, I wholeheartedly recommend Sky Collision.
