State Farm Insurance rates Specialty paint & property as the number 1 body shop in Athens. The rating is well deserved. The whole process was seamless from the beginning to end. From the first time I called to picking up my car the customer service was stellar. I was very stressed out when I first went there because I am a Lyft driver and could not work while my car was being repaired. I received as estimated completion time of 2 weeks. I was shocked when I received a call and she said my car was ready. They fixed my car in One week. Thank you Jesus!!! After I picked up my car I went to work. They repaired my car perfectly. Thank you to all the wonderful staff. I appreciate all of your wonderful customer service and hard work!!!

Unfortunately, I can hear air moving in the door when I go a faster speed. So since it was several days before I drove on the loop, I didn't notice. The sound is distinct and sounds like it did after the car was hit. Before the accident, the air wasn't so loud. Otherwise, I was extremely pleased with the customer service, the employees, Piper the doggie, and how streamlined the whole process was!

Took way too long to replace a tailgate on a F150. Was going to take even longer I y’all had to replace the F150 logo stickers on it, so I’m doing it myself, so I could get truck back a week earlier
