Junk yard parts used in a new vehicle

My vehicle (24 Silverado commercial vehicle) was fixed using junk yard parts when I specifically told the manager I would not accept! Then they proceeded to have vehicle towed to my office after hours and left vehicle unsecured with keys in it! This is unbelievable but it actually happened!
