My Experience

I was notified via text on every step that was being done to my car. Even letting me know what repair stage they were in. They let me know an estimated time of when the repairs would be completed and if they saw it wasn’t going to be completed at that time they gave me a later date on when repairs would be completed. I liked the communication via text.

You guys were amazing and did a great job fixing my daughter’s Santa Fe! I had to cancel my first appointment due to illness and when I did drop my car off the receptionist asked me if I was feeling better. So sweet! (It was a week later when I was able to drop it off and she remembered!) I was kept informed every step of the way during the two weeks they had the car. I never had to ask about it at all. They were all so professional and friendly to interact with and made me feel so comfortable. The finished result was outstanding. If I ever find myself or anyone I know needing a repair shop they will definitely get my business every time. Thank you all!

I appreciate the text message updates, but I really wanted more details when it came to the process, what steps where going to be taken, how lo g each step might take, etc. A guideline for estimating how long our main vehicle, for a family of 6, was going to be gone. If things were taking long because of insurance approval, I wanted to know that was the reason.
