She was very thorough in explaining the process of replacing the glass and the required recalibration needed to restore my vehicle back to original standards. Courtney ordered the new windshield and quickly got my vehicle on the schedule for the replacement work. My vehicle was done and ready in less time than Courtney indicated and my vehicle looked great. It was washed and vacuumed and that new windshield shined!
