He kept me updated on progress, apologized for unseen delays and went above/beyond on making sure I had a rental that would accommodate a very large dog for trips to MU Animal Hospital. I'm not sure if auto detailing is an actual service they provide but if so, use J.C. Collision! Detailed so thoroughly, I to do a double take to make sure it was my car! 100% happy with repairs, Blake in customer service, auto detail person (didn't get his name) and overall experience. On a scale of 1 to 10; they're a 20!"
