The team at Modern Collision was extremely friendly and communicated clearly throughout the entire repair process. They kept me informed on the status of my vehicle all week, so I always knew what to expect, and they even completed the repairs earlier than originally projected. When I picked up my car, it looked just as good as the day we drove it off the dealership lot.

My repairs was completed and claim sent to insurance HOWEVER now my truck has to go back. The shortcuts taken to complete my repairs are unbelievable! My passenger door will not unlock (due to a mysterious substance on the lock). The same tire that was damaged in the wreck was put back on my truck. Due to my wreck I damaged the fan to cool off my car and nothing was about it. Now that my fan is damaged my truck is running hot. All of this was AFTER a claim was sent for payment. I will be contacting my insurance to let them know of the incomplete job that was done. I thought I made a good choice because this was a Chevy home but boy was I wrong. I’m very unhappy and not even sure if I’ll have to pay to get another rental because my repairs took 4 weeks for completion.

I want to thank Modern folks for repairing my snafu. I was really surprised and very pleased that not only did they repair the tailgate they took time to remove the protective trim I had put on it and put it on the new tailgate. AND they washed my truck and swept it out. Thank you!!

The only negative is that I never heard when it would be expected to be ready. I finally called them. They also washed and swept my vehicle which was great. I had personally put trim on the edges and they even transferred that.
