Very poor workmanship, new paint was very scratched, new scratches on top of fender from air hose dragging across it , very unhappy with the quality of work

Took too long, close to 2 months. Could do other side gigs with rental car. I loved that I was given a rental car to use to & from work. It could have been worse for that long. Just took a car today. Outside finishing looks great. Not so sure but when I drove it today on highway, looks like its pulling me one side, towards left, and looks like engaging gear handle is hard, need to use a little force to change gear from Driving to park etc. It was clean & neat. Customer cervice was great. Andrea was great!

Good but not for someone needing or depending their car for work or other duties. Took long to complete repair. The shop gave me rhe rental, which was really nice one.

Was skeptical about bringing my 25 lexus here at a Cheverlet collision center at first but I checked up one time as they were working on it (no notice), they let me see it and everything, was amazed at the work they were doing and I believe it was Chris that worked on it and he showed me a few things he was working on at the present, very nice honest guys. It relieved me some with the great people I met and the care they were doing working on my vehicle. My car came in with major front end damage and I got it back today not looking like anything ever happened to it. Very impressed and grateful for the hands that were on my vehicle. Big thank you to Modern Cheverlet Collision center!

Communication could have been much better. Often would have to contact Modern and wait for a call back to get vehicle status. Contact from Modern would not come, and would have to repeatedly call to get any communication.

While my communication with the staff was good (Andrea) my overall experience at Modern Collision was negative. It took over 6 weeks to get my car back, a part of my car that I specifically asked about was not diagnosed until I came to pick up and had to leave without my car so the work that should’ve been done originally, could not be competed. My car was not vacuumed out, and my psi when I picked it up was 15 on the driver rear tire. (This could’ve been prior to the accident but still didn’t bother making sure my tires had air at least until I can get to a shop to patch). I trusted modern collision to perform a task timely and it wasn’t done to my expectation. Staff was pleasant to work with but results of product were poor.
