Nationwide paid 1,092.34 to fix a small dent on my fender. That repair looks great! Why the back end needed to be disassembled, I don't know. I asked for a new wheel cover because the old one was dented in the accident. It looks like a used one that's got a dent and crack in it.I also asked how much extra it would be to take care of some scratches on the other side.I was told that it would be taken care of as part of the service. It wasn't done.I consider that money from Nationwide as mine. I could have kept the check,because you could barely see the dent, or taken it somewhere else. Maybe I could have gotten a new wheel cover or the other touch-ups done. Everyone has been very kind and professional. Maybe I was just expecting too much. Thank you, Andrew

My only thing was vehicle sat for 2 days before actual work started thus I had to wait a couple more days for added parts, but in the end it looks really good ,would use them again!
