The entire process is A-1, 100% Modern Mtrs is Tesla Certified for autobody which is excellent versus having to travel to a Tesla Service Center Team is very knowledgeable, competent and compassionate - their work is both thorough and excellent

The bodywork came out great. Somehow one of my roof covers went missing while in your possession. The side mirror cover has been hit while in your possession and I guess no one noticed as I got it back with damage. The bottom facia/valance was not properly installed. There were no fasteners. Pleased with the body work but not please with everything else.

Some of the Worst Work I have seen from a body shop. Visible Tape lines, Rear Glass not aligned properly, Hood fitment is not in spec(Fits bad), Door trim falling out of passenger side door, Glass removed after paint and they touched up upper side of glass.

The Staff was very professional. I liked that Brandy kept me informed through the entire process. My truck looks great & would only offer one thing. I know that all the local body repair shops are overwhelmed due to hail storms; however, in my opinion it’s better to give realistic repair timeframe initially so customers can be prepared & choose to rent a vehicle if necessary. Other than that, Modern Motorcars is tops!

Yes, the team did a job well done. We appreciate the team keeping us informed on the status of our car during the repair process. The office staff. was always very pleasant to talk with. It’s tough when your new car gets beat up, but it doesn’t look like that now thank you everyone.
