It was very easy to schedule the appointment. They took us right away. It was a small scratch, but got to it right away. We were kept informed of the status by daily texts. Sometimes multiple times in a day. And work was completed early. They were very nice to work with.

Was so quick! They helped us through the process by explaining options to pick up and drop off rental cars. It helped us do what was easier for us. Drop off was so easy. They stayed in touch with updates. Highly recommend

Strongly recommend the Kansas city repair center although you have to drive 180 miles but it is worth driving extra miles.

My Tesla was damaged in the front bumper area and was charged over $12000 for the repair. I drove about 20 miles and then critical warning signs kept showing up. It was turned out the anti-freezing fluid was not refilled. I lost the competence in Modern Motor Car because refilling the antifreeze is very simple task. I Would not recommend this shop at all. For Tesla repair, I strongly recommend The Kansas City body shop and repair center. It would worth while driving 180 miles because the service there is excellent.
