As this was an insurance claim and not the 1st repair shop provided by the insurance company there were issues with getting the link to upload the estimate. The two gentlemen were extremely helpful and even offered to talk directly to the claim department to rectify the problem.

Great experience from beginning to end at Monmouth Auto Body. I made an appointment for a quote on the damage to my car, was there for about 15 minutes and left with a scheduled date for repair. The day I dropped my car off for repair, they told me it would be about 3-4 days until it was finished. During that period, I received text messages throughout the duration of the repair, letting me know what stage the repair was at, so there was no need to keep calling the shop. When I picked my car up, I couldn’t even tell it had been damage and my car was a lot cleaner than when I dropped it off. The staff at Monmouth Auto Body is thorough, professional and very accommodating, I highly recommend this shop.
