My truck was in the shop for over 5 months and when I got it back my driver side tail light wasn't properly place on right and it didn't have a bulb and my license plate light wasn't connected either so instead of taking it back to the shop so they could hold on to it for god knows how long I decided to just go and buy new tail light bulbs also when I took my truck inn i had a tow hitch and ball and when I got it back they where gone so instead of saying something and taking it back to the shop I cut my losses and bought a new one when I went and bought the light bulbs

I would not recommend this shop currently with the way that things have been.

My car is still not ready after being in the shop for a month. The paint job did not match properly, my doors were misaligned, and the paint job had debris trapped inside. Currently, I’m allowing John to attempt to fix the issues but if my car is not ready and done properly this second time around Montclair Auto Body will be paying for my vehicle to be repaired at another shop of my choice at their expense. Also, the customer service provided is horrendous, not to mention the lack of communication and updates on the vehicle. I had previously done business with this establishment and had nothing but praises for them in the past. Sadly, I currently regret bringing my business and vehicle this time around.

Terrible communication, very unprofessional, no updates given on progress of vehicle unless customer calls and requests it. Even then the receptionist is unaware of what’s happening.

I used to work at an auto body shop and I was wondering why it took so long. I know there was a supplement, and the bumper had to be reordered, but it wasn't explained to us what it entailed.

The front desk woman was very hard to deal with. She never called me back when she said she would, she was rude several times and the last day made a huge fuss about it being "cash only" when she NEVER disclosed that. There are no signs anywhere and nothing in writing saying that. After lots of attitude and even telling me I wasn't going to get my car back, she decided to plug in her machine and magically it accepted my card. She never apologized for the inconvenience

They did not return my calls or emails . They called me on a Friday to tell me my car was ready but when I showed up the following Monday, with a schedule appointment, my car was not ready. I had to return 5 hours later to pick it up. Also, my payment receipt was wrong, it showed the additional recommendations made to me, that I had rejected. It also took like 45 minutes to get them to revise my full payment receipt, because only one person was able to do it, and that person was on a call, as I was waiting in the lobby. At the end, the service received was unacceptable. This is really bad, because I had used this facility before.
