My Experience

Upland Collision Craft Technicians were able to identify the problem with my car doors not opening from the outside, which Lincoln Caruso Ford missed diagnosed the problem to the latch assembly which was incorrect. The important thing is Ralph Lugo research on my car and being able to identify and fixed the problem. If your car ever acts up or if you've been in a car accident rest assured Upland Collision Craft will go over and beyond the call of duty to make sure your car is done right.

Ralph and his team did an excellent job. They kept me updated as soon as they took my car in to the shop. Plus they notified me right away once they got the part. Very happy that I got my car back as soon as possible. The whole staff was courteous and professional.
