Me and my room mate got in to very similar car accidents 1 week away from each other and we have the same car and there car was returned to them months before mine. Even though my accident happened first.

You guys took a month and a half to fix a small fender bender. I let you guys know that I was renting a car. Yet you guys let my car sit for months. The only reason thing we’re even moved forward was because I had to get a hold of my insurance company.

No one could ever give me a straight answer. One day you had the part the next time I called you were ordering the part then the part was in back order. I would ask when my car would be ready amd every time you guys made me feel stupid for asking

It looks like there are some spots that are not 100 % flush with the panel. Mainly in the corner area and the lit its sticking out a hair near the side body panel

I’m being optimistic here. I love the quality of work Montclair Auto Body has done both times I’ve had a car worked on. The the main issue is fixing overall communication and avoiding SPECIFIC completion dates unless absolutely certain.

The quality of work is clearly apparent. My only issue was the inability to have my car ready when I was told it would be ready. It became a big struggle adjusting my work schedule with my managers multiple times. For future reference, I would suggest that Montclair Auto Body give estimates of when cars will be completed rather than specific dates so that conflict with clients are avoided. A window of time rather than a specific date leaves margin for error. Otherwise, I’m happy with the work that was done.

John was great and communicative/knowledgeable about keeping me updated on my car’s progress and complications. He empathized when I got a bit impatient with how long it took to get my car back and did his best to make sure I was satisfied with the work. My biggest issue was with the receptionist, Carla. On multiple occasions she said she’d update me and call me back about my car and it never happened. Aside from John calling occasionally, I was the one mostly reaching out when Carla failed to do so.

The staff was very friendly and professional, explaining all the necessary procedures. The end result my car looked like new again they did a beautiful job!
