The Body work was excellent, the miss management was crazy

The repair work was good, the time frame very slow, and the manager of the body shop straight lied to me about some repairs that were supposed to be done, she assured me they would be done and then denied it when I picked up the truck. Then there was issues with the truck when I come to pick it up and instead of staying to help her workers figure it out so everyone can go home she just left. Lucky you have Austin working there, he actually cares about the customer and stayed and we got it worked out.
