If the practices of the leadership in the body shop hadn’t changed, I probably won’t recommend it at all due to the fact that there was some lying going on . if you need more time, just be honest with the customer and tell the customer that you need more time I would much rather accept that than to be blatantly lied to repeatedly.

That rating is strictly for the body shop supervisor I had several different occasions that I was lied to about the status of my vehicle and why I couldn’t get my vehicle so I left a very bad taste in my mouth, but that was all taken care of by the michale Kaufman,which made a very conscience effort to rectify all the problems, and even went as far as personally delivering my vehicle to me at my home after hearing the situation that had unfolded at one of his facilities, so my hat goes off to him for being a stand-up gentleman and excellent businessman

Austin was great and I felt like they were doing everything they could to make the best decisions for our vehicle as well as our needs. Communication was great! We had our car back as quickly as possible and they had cleaned it inside and out so it looked nice too!

Parts are falling off and time frame was unclear and kept changing and all around abd experience

My door rattles when I drive wasn’t doing that before my accident and it took almost 2 months to get my car back from the shop my door parts are falling off car wasn’t cleaned as promised

concerns not addressed. front bumper was not fully connected and they told me “that’s how it is” when we walked over to another brand new car similar it didn’t move like mine did. offered to “glue bumper” will not be back at all

Austin was very helpful in keeping me updated on when I could pick up my car, and explaining everything that was fixed. He also helped fix my tire pressure when I mentioned I had accidentally filled it too much.
