Car still smells, wasnt wiped just vacuumed very minimal on the deep clean that my insurance paid for.

Front desk staff is great, when i went to pick up my car my gas tank was completely dry ( which in my opinion it should have had a little gas put in it? Really inconvenient to pick up a car after not having it for over a month completely empty and still dirty.) The sweet lady at the front offered to fill it for us with her own money, but i told her we had the money it was just kind if crappy to pick it up that way.

It would have been a 10 if the body shop hadn’t left my dirty/heavy tool bag that was on the mat in the floorboard of my truck on top of my tan leather back seat. They also failed to remove the paper and tape from around my gas fill opening.
