I took my car to them for body work with an Insurance claim! My rep for progressive was nice! I gave them car 12-29-25 and watched the tracker! I work weekends and conveniently I didn’t have rental coverage so I rented! I spoke to ppl on different occasions about the completion of my car and got the run around! After $607 in rental fees I call up there again and they say they can not release my car due to RECALLS! Understandable but if that’s the case knowing I’m renting didn’t offer me a loaner I had to prove a POINT to get a loaner!! I had all the right coverage for that! Nate the hoops I went through to get that rental that had no miles and was dirty in the inside and had the nerve to say no smoking if I meet the rental terms! What a joke! I bet I’ll take my car to who was suggested to me than rather where my MOM GOT HER KIA FROM

Looks great and appreciate the work done. Although I wish they would have let me keep my old rim and tire. It was mine and I should of had the option to keep it considering the fact that these cars never have spare tires and I wanted to switch out the rims as well because the other rim was messed up due to the fact of the lady running into the side of me and it hitting the curb. I didn’t even notice it wasn’t fixed at first but then I seen on the receipt after the fact that it wasn’t
