Moody's Collision Centers started in Gorham, Maine in 1977, and has grown to 15 locations all in Maine. In 2003 Moody’s became an ESOP (co-worker-owned). In the last few years, we have opened heavy truck locations in Bangor and Gorham, as well as opening our newest location in Brunswick in December of 2025. We are active in many local projects and support many organizations. We enjoy being involved in the community and helping local organizations succeed and meet their goals. We require ongoing training for our co-workers and have earned the highest accreditation for training in the industry. We utilize the latest technology in tools and equipment, combined with traditional methods. Everyone there was kind, professional and knowledgeable. They gave me regular updates about the status of my vehicle, and cleaned the whole car inside and out before returning it to me. That was such a nice touch. Totally unexpected and really made my day!

I appreciate all the updates, the speedy turnaround, and the manager coming out to greet me when I picked up my car. The whole process was very easy. And being able to return my rental right next door was a great convenience.

Requested work was completed and looked very good. At drop off, I had requested to have a couple of scratches looked for possible remediation. That was not done, I'm sure just an oversight due to the short notice. Outside of that the repairs looked good. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks and was completed in 3 days!

Customer service was friendly and courteous. Would have given a 10 if I could have picked up my vehicle in a dry location. I did not get a chance to see the work prior to departing the facility as the vehicle was outside & it was down pouring.
