Moody's Collision Centers started in Gorham, Maine in 1977, and has grown to 15 locations all in Maine. In 2003 Moody’s became an ESOP (co-worker-owned). In the last few years, we have opened heavy truck locations in Bangor and Gorham, as well as opening our newest location in Brunswick in December of 2025. We are active in many local projects and support many organizations. We enjoy being involved in the community and helping local organizations succeed and meet their goals. We require ongoing training for our co-workers and have earned the highest accreditation for training in the industry. We utilize the latest technology in tools and equipment, combined with traditional methods. When hearing an auto body shop, I automatically thought weeks. You gave me the estimate date and exceeded it even before the date! I love the text messaging updates on my car. You made it very easy to drop off, fixed, and pick up so easy with no frustrations. You did an excellent job, my car is like brand new! I love how you went above and beyond and cleaned my car! I love the service, thank you so much for fixing my car like brand new with no headaches!

While the outside of my vehicle looks good, which is where the repair took place upon picking up my vehicle, the inside was covered with some kind of fine dust from what appears to be standing. I’m not sure if my gas filler tube was adjusted, but I’m now unable to fuel without the pump clicking off before I can even set the handle. At highway speeds. There was something inside the door vibrating, and the window is not tightly sealed as I can hear air coming through.

I like the text messaging feature it was great to get notified. My only complaint was up until Wed/thurs of last week it seemed as though everything was still on time. I do give props to Moody’s for comping me a rental when the repairs went long

Estimate was way off and delay made it hard to give it a perfect score. Overall my experience wasn’t awful but I felt communication about how long it would take from when I first scheduled. The first appointment should’ve been disclosed.
