My only point for improvement is the washing of the car. Why i say washing of the car is i have been in the facilty twice now in 6 months and a few times prior. My prior return of car, the car seemed as if it was detailed. I was very impressed. The last two times i have not been impressed since they must not do that any more. I figure this is a cost cutting measure but it set you apart.
