They were a very friendly and courteous business. I never felt rushed when we talked about updates. They explained that Tesla parts were hard to come by quickly and I think to set my expectation. In end they delivered on time

They are professional in dealing with customers. They encouraged me to contact Nationwide to cover the cost of the repair since it was the result of something falling onto my car. This was a nice savings. They also were very helpful with the process. Would definetely refer others to them
