The people were great and the service was fine but after driving my car for a week it was discovered I only had 3 lug nuts on my back tire which is very dangerous and they’re lucky the tire didn’t come completely loose and cause an accident.

Got home and the rear window wiper is not working.we have snow today and were unable to clean the back window. Bringing it back on Monday. They may have forgotten to hook it back up. Otherwise they were wonderful and would use them again.

Great service. The repairs were perfect. Kevin in the body shop was responsive, polite and helpful. The person who called me to report that my vehicle was ready jumped in and offered the shuttle when she heard I needed to find a ride. Altogether great. Thanks Vyletel.

Unfortunately I’ve had to take my lacrosse in a couple times to the body shop but Kevin and the lady at the desk (not sure her name) both have been great, fast and very efficient. They make for a bad situation why your there, to go smoothly. I appreciate how they operate their area.
