Great customer service working with David at the collision center. The person that backed into my vehicle was with State Farm and Mosaic Collision Center is one of their preferred body shops. It was very convenient to have estimates and payment transactions being done directly between State Farm and Mosaic without my involvement. Knowing there is a lifetime guarantee on the body work is also a very nice benefit of the Mosaic-State Farm relationship.
