I would tell them to be sure and take ALL personal belongings out of their car! My 3 year old grandaughters favorite pink fuzzy hat was missing from the car when I picked it up!

Everything was great except a little piece on the bumper was loose. I was able to get it to click in place but I have anxiety about it popping out while driving now

This shop has worked on 3 of our cars both for hail damage repairs and 2 for accident damage. The work has been perfect. I have a BMW X5 M50i there now being repaired. The price is very reasonable and lower than estimates from other shops I have talked to. The cars look new when picked up. The time to do the repairs seems reasonable to me. They have done paint repairs on our cars outside of insurance claims. Our cars are low milage lease returns purchased used. They look better than when we purchased them.

The car is fine/ the communication is subpar. I dropped my car off 2/4 , the car was not ready til 2/13. I called between those dates to check and see if it had been worked on and how much longer it would take - apparently my part had came in damaged the guy who answered said Noah would update me tomorrow , never received a call. They initially told me one day or two . I was never offered a loaner car etc . Prior to bringing it in last year, I had my dad take it in for the estimate they told me to call and let them know if I wanted to proceed for weeks/ months no word back . I finally call because they were gonna order the part after talking to Susan that’s not the protocol they follow . Just the communication is really bad but important when you’re dealing with business.
