In order to complete the repair, the taillight side covers were removed. After completing the repair, the covers were not reinstalled. The covers were lost, necessitating the Collison Center to order replacements; which were installed a week later.

Screws were left loose and some were missing, which cause rattle noises and force us to take the car back (twice). No apology or any justification for such carelessness.
