The reason why I gave an 9th scale was only because, I was getting text messages indicating that the work was going up to schedule and the day that the car was going to be ready, and it wasn't. I have to say that I was very surprise of the work; other than the text messages, I think I would have giving you guys a 10.

The work was excellent, except when it came down to the text messages indicating when the car was going to be ready. I would prefer a text indicating "your car is ready." Other than that I was very surprise of the work.
