John is very friendly and keeps you updated on the progress with phone calls and emails. The only thing that went wrong is I am missing my cargo net and waiting for a reply back from them to see if they still have it or if they lost it or they going to replace it this was a $50 item and I don't feel like purchasing another one I will be happy with the $20 one on Amazon if they are willing to replace it I use this product almost everyday so I need it back
