I told him that the warning beeps were not working when I dropped it off and they did nothing about it. Told me it was working when I picked it up and it wasn't. Now I have to do another round of going to rental, car places etc. I'm also pretty annoyed that njm told me I can't go to a different place because they started the job and they have to finish it no matter how lousy they are at their job. Makes me question whether njm is as good as they have traditionally been most of my adult life and question whether I should have gone back to njm after a brief lapse away.

Took twice as long. I had to make the calls to find out the status. Left a little mess in the back seat, nothing major. However, their work was perfect
