Natalie was awesome, always polite and helpful. The body men did a great job, there was a couple things a little off but they got right on it and got it taken care of. The one thing that did disappoint me a little bit was the young man with the beard that works up front when my son and I said there was a couple things we needed looked at Natalie asking him if he could go out and look at it to the kind of space was not pleasant, then when my son was talking to him, he was very short and borderline rude. He did come out of it a little toward the end when he said he would get it worked on and call me when it was ready, maybe he was just having a bad day but not a way to act to a customer. Thank you Mike and team for a job well done. 👍

The customer service was not bad. I think. The only thing that deduct points is being told. My vehicle would be done on a certain date and then it changing. And then it’s changing again and changing for a fourth time and after I picked it up, there were still details that weren’t fixed correctly.
