I’ve been to a lot of body shops over the years and they’re not known for stellar customer service. Motorsport Concepts is the exception to the rule! They have great customer service and went above and beyond my expectations for friendliness, timeliness and craftsmanship. They did a great job with body work repairs on my 30 year old BMW E36 M3. Excellent craftsmanship on sheet metal repair and they matched the paint color beautifully. They even installed some door sill trim that I’d been carrying around in the back seat for months…no charge! I highly recommend them to you.

Completed portion of the repairs are great. Other items that needed repair and were never addressed really upset me. What got me the most upset was the way I was treated when picking up the car. They acted like they had never heard of the other problems even though I talked to them repeatedly during the whole process.
