Maria was the only person in the process that keep me updated on all aspects of the repair and insurance part. I never heard from my agent, insurance adjuster or anyone from Auto Owners...she is A-1. She deserves a bonus or raise. Having taught speech, discusdion& conference and communication, you have a very valued employee. Excellent communication is the key to any successful business.

Their customer service it top notch. When you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile and a hello. After they found out what brought you to them they explain the next steps to the process and keep you informed through that process. After the job was done they went over and showed me what they did. Once I took possession of the vehicle they called a week later to make sure everything is ok with the fix. Which I happen to appreciate that extra step. I am a Fleet Manager and I recommend them to anyone that needs a vehicle fixed.
