I already posted on your site how happy I am with the work you did on my SUV! The paint is perfect! The color match, you would never know there was a dent in the fender. My experience with MPA Collision of Livonia is excellent. Not only did they spot the problem that my dealership failed to recognize, they also fixed the issue in a timely manner. What even surprises me is the car is cleaned inside out without being requested, the quality of service MPA provided is truly beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anybody with vehicle body shop needs.

Great place to do business with. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a friendly face and voice. The estimator and everyone I came across where just as friendly and very knowledgeable. I'm a fleet manager at a company that needs there vans back as soon as possible and they deliver. I have been using them for a couple of years and I have no complaints.

MPA repaired my 2020 Subaru last month and did a wonderful job! I scheduled it around a surgery (so I would not miss having the car). Your team got the work done even faster than I expected. The car looks great, and it appears they even detailed the inside of the car. To top it all off, since I could not come and pick up the car because I could not drive yet, your porters dropped it off to me. I will use MPA again if I ever have need and recommend you to all those I know. One other special item, when I mentioned I had to have surgery multiple members of your staff wished me well and let me know I would be in their thoughts and prayers. That goes above and beyond standard customer service!

Good Morning, the team was professional and kind.This is the cleanest shop I have ever seen! Katelyn explained everything took her time and ensured everything was all set both upon arrival and pick up. The guys who worked on the car were thorough and did an excellent job the car looks great! Car was done a day earlier than expected. Staff were easy to talk to. Estimate was lower when estimator looked at it with me and when I picked my car up my payment was cheaper than expected. Car was cleaned outside and inside which was a lovely surprise!

The work that you did looks terrific, however the fact that it took over a month to complete was much too long. This would have been a very big problem if I needed this car everyday.
