Took my 2025 Nissan Kicks SV AWD in for passenger side damage and got it back in worst shape then it went in. Supposedly they painted the door but the whole vehicle was dirty (wouldn't be dirty if they painted, you don't paint over dirt), center console plastic going around the gear shift was pried open and can't be pushed back down (no reason to even touch this), my 4x4 goes from 0%-100% when you press gas pedal (never moved previously), emergency braking system is no longer working & is no longer able to be selected in system settings while driving but is an option when stopped, left turns are harder in the steering then previously. Had to ask for an itemized bill list and seen charges for left side parts. No reason for any left side anything to be replaces seeing as all damage was done to right side. And when the employee was asked a couple questions regarding some of the issues, he stumbled over his words, contradicted his own words, and went as far as lying to me by telling me 3 different ways they went about doing the same thing. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Very easy to work with. Love that I can drop my vehicle off and get it back without bringing it in a hundred times for estimate etc. Very professional and clean facility as well.

My car looked great upon completion of repairs. I had issues with air in my cooling system that was causing my car to overheat and they were quick to help me to get my car fixed and back to how it was before any repairs were needed.

They did a great job fixing my son’s car. Some part are on back order but they agreed to finish the trim and mirror when it comes in. We just have to take the car back so we’re not down a vehicle.

I gave them my car and it came back with scratches and paint chips that im 100% positive we’re not there before i sent them into the shop especially the two dents on my driver side door. They refused to take accountability and fix their mistakes and the spots they did fix the paint job is all bubbly and doesn’t look good. I will never take my car here again and wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to going there.
