I am very pleased with the customer service I received. From the very first phone conversation I had where I was asked how I was after the collision to the last conversation where I was offered payment for the extra days I needed a rental car because of no fault of his.

Having never heard of MPACT, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall “curb appeal” of the business and the cleanliness of the facility. Then I was further impressed by the speed of service. But then I came to pick up my car and it was CLEAN inside and out! It was quite a mess when I dropped it off due to the weather and, honestly, my procrastination to wash it. Thank you! You made my day!
