Overall I’m very satisfied with mpact. They had great communication and the car looks great. However, we picked up the car Friday and Saturday it wouldn’t start because the battery was completely dead. It was the original battery to the car so probably needed replacement soon but I’m guessing it didn’t get discounted during repairs and it got drained.

150% Happy!!! The Team(William) & Ron kept in contact with me several times throughout the entire process. Multiple calls and texts with updates. They were always so kind & patients with my endless list of questions. My first time hitting a deer and needing a body shop. I was referred here by a friend, who assured me that my ride would look as though it was just rolling off of the showroom floor as a new ride. Today when I went to get my ride, that’s exactly how it looked. Looking at my ride today, I felt like I did the day I bought it. It’s absolutely beautiful again.
