The outcome of the look of my vehicle was good . except that the lock of the vehicle when putting the alarm to door latch does not lock need to be done manually .. I called the same day the shop and advised them of this issue .. I will make time to take it in to check the lock of the doors

At the beginning of the process, communication could have been better, the insurance company approved the repairs but no one from the shop called me, until I had to call and find you I could drop the car anytime.

They fixed the main issue but left a tiny small area scratched. It was on a different panel of the vehicle so I guess not part of the original repair? but it seemed like it was part of the reason the collision existed so it should have been buffed out and painted and repaired.
