My repair looks perfect!!!! It feels like I just got a brand new car!!! The customer service was incredible as well!!!! Darren was outstanding!!!! The mechanics outside were nice and helpful. I feel the staff in side the office was not very hospitable on either visit. No one seemed to be expecting me in the front office even though I had an appointment. Also no one really smiled until Darren started talking to me. Darren was great. He was informative and quick. Wasn't a bad experience but didn't feel welcome.

Great to work with,. Darren was helpful and kind. He spent time with me and answered my questions. I was informed on progress. They finished early!! The car looks great.. They did extra complimentary work. USAA picked the right place to work with. Thanks so much????

I did realize after there was still a scratch on the outside of the side mirror. The rest of the car looked great tho.
